equine students Jemma Smith, Asher Trom-Wright, Kasey James, Annika Stone, Ebony West, Chontelle Bock and Mya Atkinson competed at the Narrogin Equine Intercollege event. The event held at the end of Term Three, is open to students currently attending one of West Australian Agricultural Colleges; and this year students from Narrogin, Harvey and Denmark competed. It was a great day with students riding and handling horses in a range of events including; show-jumping, dressage, games and in-hand presentation. Prior to the event students were busy washing and plaiting their horses plus cleaning,  which paid off with well-presented horse and rider combinations on the day.

We had a small group this year, with a range of more experienced competition riders and horses, to some green horses and riders. Everyone helped and supported each other showing good team spirit and sportsmanship. The support from parents was also greatly appreciated and certainly helped with the smooth running of the day.
