After leaving school, I got offered a trainee-ship to complete my Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing, through TAFE in Bentley where I do my Block Release studies. I hope to have my training finished in 2015 and be a qualified Vet Nurse, which has been my dream ever since I could remember.

Coming from a farming background and attending an agricultural college definitely helped me gain my goal of becoming a vet nurse. It allowed me to experience a wide range of animal handling and studying Animal Production Systems also helped! I do miss school but I keep in touch with most people I went to school with.
