WACOA Denmark named a finalist in WA’s Small Training Provider of the Year!

We’re proud to share that the Western Australian College of Agriculture – Denmark was named a finalist for the 2025 Western Australian Small Training Provider of the Year Award, recognised for excellence in vocational education and training delivery.

This award highlights small registered training organisations that demonstrate high-level performance across all aspects of training.

It’s a significant acknowledgement of the quality of our certificate programs — recently showcased through a compelling application by Principal Michele Walker and Deputy Principal Alf Mungioli.

A big thanks goes to our dedicated students, staff, and industry partners for making this possible. Special recognition goes to Darren Scahill, Rosemary Wolter, Mark Boynton and his team of trainers, Kevin Marshall, Terry de Vos, and all our farm staff — your commitment underpins this achievement.

The WA Training Awards are the State’s premier VET awards program, run by the Department of Training and Workforce Development in partnership with the State Training Board.
