Can I get a refund if my child withdraws or misses an activity?

Refunds may be considered for unused compulsory charges or services. Camps, excursions and other prepaid activities are non-refundable once costs have been incurred. Special circumstances can be reviewed upon written request. Further information is available on our Payments & Refunds page.
