Each year, our College proudly takes part in the Perth Royal Show, competing alongside other agricultural colleges in Western Australia.

Students showcase their practical skills in a two-part competition run by the Royal Agricultural Society of WA (RASWA): the Farm Skills event tests key agricultural competencies such as sheep shearing, welding, fencing and safe chemical handling RASWA, while the Animal Husbandry portion sees them handling cattle and sheep live in the show arena Perth Royal Show.

It’s a high-energy, hands-on experience that demonstrates not only their technical ability, but also teamwork, confidence and leadership. The Perth Royal Show provides our students with a valuable platform to represent the future of WA agriculture, and we welcome our community to come along, cheer them on, and learn more about what goes into our farming education journey.
