Key Messages

Welcome to Term 2

I warmly welcome everyone back to school for Term 2. It feels as though we have only just begun 2026, and already we find ourselves well into the second term of the year.

This will be a busy and productive term for our students as they continue with learning programs, complete assessment tasks and exams, and begin preparations for Country Week. Unfortunately, the rescheduled dates for the Uni Tour now clash with our exam weeks and preparation period. As a result, we have made the decision to cancel the 2026 Uni Tour. Information regarding this decision has been emailed to families of Year 11 and Year 12 students.

This week we will hold our ANZAC Service on Friday, 24 April at 10:30am, and parents are most welcome to attend as we come together to remember and honour those who have served.

Although Monday is a public holiday, the College will remain open for residential students, with no closed weekend. As a College, we believe limiting closed weekends to one per term helps reduce unnecessary travel expenses for families and supports students to settle into boarding life.

I would also like to sincerely thank families for their continued support in maintaining the high uniform standards expected at our College, including replacing items that have experienced the effects of general wear and tear.

As always, please do not hesitate to contact me should you need any assistance or support. I look forward to another successful term ahead.

Kindest regards

Mrs Michele Walker

Principal
